Sally is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist, specializing in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. For 9 years she served the Sanford area of North Carolina as owner of a private massage and bodywork practice.

In February 2015 Sally moved to Asheville and began her practice here. Office hours are by appointment only. Sally has the skills and expertise to help you meet your health care needs.

From 2006 to 2010, Sally taught in the massage curriculum at Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC. In her education as a massage therapist and bodyworker, Sally has studied the following modalities, and uses this background to inform her work: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, KMI Structural Integration, Reiki, Healing Touch, Swedish and Myofascial Massage, Somatic Bodywork, Oncology Massage, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, and scar tissue work.

Sally completed nursing school at WCU in 1980 and worked in hospitals throughout North Carolina as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator for 24 years. Her mission as a nurse has always been to provide holistic, individualized and expert care to each patient or client, delivering this care with an attitude of genuine compassion, professionalism and kindness.  Sally's transition into body-oriented therapies was a natural progression of her desire to help others, but in a different way.

After studying
for 3 years with Micheal Shea and Sarajo Berman, Sally completed a 10-module training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in August 2013. To read about this modality, follow the link:

Beginning in July of 2018, Sally is working with a team (The Threefold Way) to bring Michael to Asheville for an 8-series in his newest work, Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy. More on this is coming soon!

From May of 2015 through December 2016, Sally volunteered twice monthly at Helios Warriors, a non-profit in Asheville which provides holistic therapies to veterans. Sally maintains an office space in downtown Asheville to see her private clients.  To learn more about Helios Warriors and the services they provide, follow the link:  www.helioswarriors.org
